Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and scale core agentic engines and multi-agent workflow solutions.
  • •Build and integrate evaluation (Evals) and observability frameworks for model predictability, monitoring, and risk mitigation.
  • •Partner with product and business teams to deploy production AI solutions, including consumer AI experiences and conversational assistants.
  • •Ensure AI/ML applications meet data privacy standards, regulatory requirements, and auditability/explainability needs.
  • •Provide technical direction, architectural oversight, and rigorous code reviews for engineering teams.

Salary: USD 179,400 - 204,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •At least 6 years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing.
  • •At least 4 years of experience programming with Python, Scala, or Java.
  • •Ability to build and implement scalable agentic architectures, multi-agent workflows, and production AI systems.
