Job Summary

Own a portfolio of partner accounts and drive monetisation and revenue growth for the Fresha platform. Meet KPIs through proactive education and engagement, convert partners onto Fresha’s payments solution, and optimize marketplace listings for higher conversions. Build strong partner relationships via video meetings, guide partners on product selection, collaborate with Sales and Onboarding for smooth handovers, and feed partner insights back to Product teams.

Job Function: Marketing & Growth

Key Responsibilities

•Build relationships and drive monetisation and revenue growth for the Fresha platform by meeting monetisation and revenue KPIs.
•Proactively introduce, educate, and convert partners to Fresha’s payments solution.
•Optimize listing content and marketplace availability competitiveness to maximise conversions.
•Advise partners on suitable product selection and ensure strong partner experience through video meetings and feature/benefit communication.
•Collaborate with internal Sales and Onboarding teams for smooth partner handover and provide product feedback to Product teams.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrable experience delivering commercial outcomes from a partner-facing role.
•Commercially motivated with the ability to adapt and achieve targets.
•Proven experience using and analysing data to improve commercial outcomes through reporting.
•Naturally proactive and inquisitive, with a desire to consistently learn and improve.
•Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; Arabic speaking is a mandatory requirement.
