Support clients with transaction advisory work including quality of earnings analysis, normalized earnings and working capital evaluation, and buy-side/sell-side diligence support. Build financial models and performance dashboards, using analytics tools like Excel, Power BI, and Alteryx to improve reporting and diligence workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze historical financial results to identify normalized earnings, working capital trends, and key diligence findings.
•Prepare Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports and quantify adjustments for non-recurring items and accounting differences.
•Perform cash flow forecasting, liquidity analysis, and short-term cash management assessments, including 13-week cash flow models.
•Build and maintain financial models and conduct variance, trend, and scenario analyses to support forecasts, business plans, and performance dashboards.
•Use data analytics tools to analyze large datasets and help automate or improve financial reporting and diligence workflows, including internal control evaluation.

Key Requirements

•BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or another analytical field.

•Advanced foundation in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
•Ability to design, build, and use integrated financial models while working well under deadlines and pressure.
