Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze historical financial results to identify normalized earnings, working capital trends, and key diligence findings.
  • •Prepare Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports and quantify adjustments for non-recurring items and accounting differences.
  • •Perform cash flow forecasting, liquidity analysis, and short-term cash management assessments, including 13-week cash flow models.
  • •Build and maintain financial models and conduct variance, trend, and scenario analyses to support forecasts, business plans, and performance dashboards.

Key Requirements
