Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • •Proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews using CAMP and other approved marketing tools.
  • •Primarily drive cross-selling and outside sales activities (e.g., onsite presentations, business sales calls, community financial literacy events).
  • •Process teller transactions and participate in consumer loan and bankcard processes, including opening/servicing retail products and opening/closing the financial center or bank mart as directed.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
  • •Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to conduct sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
  • •Ability to understand advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
  • •Ability to develop a working knowledge of retail policies and procedures to make sound decisions.
