•Act as trusted financial advisor and primary commercial banking contact for client matters.
•Drive growth and business development by understanding client/prospect industries and leading prospecting and COI referrals.
•Manage strategic issues such as capital raising, regulatory compliance, ownership transition planning, and M&A.
•Identify cross-sell opportunities and collaborate to structure credit and non-credit products/services.
•Lead credit processes to ensure asset quality through underwriting, structuring, portfolio management, and risk assessment; mentor junior relationship managers.

Salary: USD 128,000 - 268,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•7+ years of financial services experience.
•1+ years of formal commercial credit training and experience from a bank or financial institution.
•Strong track record of achieving performance targets.
•Experience in relationship management balancing business development with asset quality.
