Job Summary

Provide strategic guidance on people initiatives as a senior individual contributor, partnering with executives and business leaders to build leadership talent, manage culture, and improve employee engagement, morale, productivity, and retention. Lead cross-functional People & Talent projects spanning competency models, talent assessment, succession planning, career development, performance management, and change management. Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, investigate complex employee relations issues, and support workforce planning and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management and executives through trusted relationships.
•Influence high-level business strategy while maintaining People & Talent alignment and driving company-wide P&T culture and strategy.
•Manage complex cross-functional People & Talent projects including competency models, talent assessment, succession planning, employee engagement, career development, talent management, change management, and performance management.
•Analyze trends and metrics with the People & Talent team to develop programs, policies, and solutions.
•Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through confidential investigations and provide guidance on restructures, workforce planning, talent selection, and leadership acquisition.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 109,900 - 170,400 annually

Key Requirements

•10 years of related experience in strategic HR management and leading HR initiatives.
•Strong understanding of employment law and state/federal compliance regulations.
•Develop and execute workforce strategies aligned to talent, organizational capability, and business priorities using data and business insight.
•Advanced interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to coach employees and leaders through complex, emotional issues and guide leaders through ambiguity.
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of education).
