Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Talent Acquisition to contribute to product direction and improve candidate, recruiter, and hiring manager experiences.
  • •Design, build, and operate AI agents to automate configuration, regression testing, and operational support work across recruiting modules.
  • •Translate prioritized needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs; configure, test, release, and maintain Talent Acquisition capabilities.
  • •Work with subject matter experts and cross-functional partners to define scope, prioritize requirements, manage dependencies, and drive initiatives through discovery to launch.
  • •Evaluate Workday releases, recommend enhancements aligned to the product roadmap, and support test case development and UAT using AI agents.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, MBA, JD, MD), or 0 years with a PhD.
  • •3+ years of total Workday configuration or technical HRIS experience.
  • •Hands-on experience building or configuring AI agents and LLM-based automation for real business use cases.
  • •3+ years of Workday Recruiting configuration experience, including requisitions, candidate pipelines, offers, and integrations with sourcing, assessment, or background-check vendors.
  • •Experience with Workday business processes and reporting (custom reports, security, calculated fields, EIBs, dashboards), plus Workday Pro Recruiting certification preferred.
