Job Summary

Senior member of the AI infrastructure team delivering applied AI projects for chip design and Design-for-X. You’ll deploy and manage org-wide AI infrastructure, coordinate between on-prem infrastructure and software development, tackle Design-for-Test problems with applied AI, and mentor junior engineers while developing Gen AI-driven DFT methodologies for next-generation products.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and deployment of AI infrastructure for chip design and DFX applications, leveraging ML and Gen AI to solve hard problems.
•Coordinate deployment cycles and monitor performance, automating pipelines and ensuring scalable, reliable AI solutions across the organization.
•Act as a liaison between on-prem infrastructure teams and software development teams to optimize models, deployments, and data pipelines.
•Tackle hard-to-solve Design-for-Test problems using algorithm design and statistical analysis of large datasets with Applied AI methods.
•Mentor junior engineers on test designs, trade-offs, cost and quality, and contribute to the development of next-gen DFT methodologies.

•BSEE (or equivalent) with 12+ years of AI Infrastructure management, Applied Machine Learning and Gen AI; MSEE with 10+ years; or PhD with 6+ years of experience
•Excellent knowledge in building agents and multi-agent ecosystems
•Experience with SQL, ETL, and data modeling
•Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
•Strong programming skills in Python, C++
