Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee operations for all programs on-site, coordinating with other coordinators in larger facilities or organizations.
  • •Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of programs supporting employee professional development and continuous learning.
  • •Drive strategic planning and budget development to support company goals.
  • •Develop and implement operating policies, ensuring adequate execution and compliance with local rules and regulations.
  • •Oversee contractor schedules, negotiate/prepare contracts, manage cost estimation, and support risk management and legal document activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • •2 years GCC experience (plus).
