Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and scale a team of Developers; setting the technical direction and long-term strategy.
  • •Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders to ensure consistent, high-quality, and efficient UI development across the company.
  • •Drive AI adoption within the stack — both within your team and in enabling others to use AI for building on top of the platform.
  • •Establish clear frameworks, standards, and boundaries that accelerate delivery without compromising quality or design cohesion.
  • •Own and evolve your team’s roadmap — including components, design patterns, developer interfaces, and internal tooling.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 180,000 - 250,000 annually

  • •2-4 years of proven experience as an engineering leader, ideally owning front-end platforms or design systems
  • •Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering in a distributed environment
