Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
  • •Develop and strengthen quality assurance systems to improve product quality, process capability, and manufacturing consistency.
  • •Establish quality objectives and monitor KPIs to drive sustainable improvements in customer quality, defect reduction, and process performance.
  • •Govern manufacturing quality risk through PFMEA, Control Plans, change management, MRB, PCN, and quality review processes.
  • •Identify, investigate, mitigate, and monitor quality risks and non-conformities; drive recurrence prevention and risk reduction across operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • •At least 5 years of work experience.
  • •Proven experience (3+ years) in in-process quality control in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong understanding of nanotechnology processes, including lithography, etch, deposition, and metrology.
  • •Proficient in statistical data analysis and process optimization/control (e.g., Design of Experiments, SPC, JMP).
