Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor, identify, investigate, and resolve incidents and problems to keep client infrastructure operational and services restored within SLAs.
  • •Review client requests and tickets, handle second-line support for medium complexity incidents and requests, and proactively log and analyze issues.
  • •Execute operational tasks, update tickets with actions taken, and communicate with clients/teams to ensure changes are implemented with risk identification and mitigation.
  • •Run shift handovers by highlighting key tickets and upcoming critical tasks, escalate when needed to Centres of Excellence (CoE) and other teams.
  • •Collaborate with automation teams to optimize and automate routine work, contribute to change management, audit tickets for quality, and support monitoring and escalation processes.

Key Requirements

  • •At least one technical certification in networking technologies such as Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Cisco Nexus.
  • •Proficiency with technologies including Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Cisco Nexus switches/routers/firewalls.
  • •Ability to plan, anticipate, and adapt to changing circumstances in a dynamic environment.
  • •Strong client-centric communication, including active listening, collaboration across cultures, and providing positive client experiences.
  • •A bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing (or equivalent qualification) or equivalent work experience.
