Lead store-floor operations to drive a customer-first, high-energy sales environment. Key Responsibilities

•Drive personal sales performance and lead the team to achieve sales and KPI targets by analyzing metrics and applying best practices.
•Build client relationships through proactive outreach and kate spade service standards to drive repeat business and VIP retention.
•Coach the team on goals and performance; support recruitment, onboarding, ongoing development, and training.
•Supervise opening/closing procedures including cash handling, bank deposits, register operations, and key-holding responsibilities.
•Manage operational excellence tasks including POS transaction processing, inventory functions, stockroom organization, and omnichannel initiatives (including live-stream shopping).

Key Requirements

•Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff and confidently navigate the sales floor.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
•Social media literacy and comfort with omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems; strong English proficiency.
