Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical services for the Commercial Office Development portfolio, translating design vision into deliverable, investment-grade office assets from concept to construction-ready documentation.
  • •Manage functional design leadership across civil & structural engineering, MEP, and facades, supporting design management through all design stages.
  • •Interface and coordinate outcomes with masterplanning, infrastructure, landscape, and sustainability teams to ensure fully coordinated design delivery.
  • •Direct and evaluate design consultant performance (scope, program, fee), chair design review boards and technical workshops, and develop KPIs across design phases.
  • •Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code, Mostadam/LEED sustainability targets, civil defense requirements, and Qiddiya/COBU design guidelines; conduct value engineering and present progress to executive leadership and government stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, or Construction/Project Management (or relevant field).
  • •12–18+ years of design management experience with senior design leadership on large-scale commercial office or mixed-use developments.
  • •Experience leading design teams to deliver to program while balancing cost, time, and quality requirements.
  • •Expert knowledge of local and international design standards, codes, and regulations, with strong design review and authority approval pathway experience.
  • •Experience managing multidisciplinary international consultant teams (architecture, structure, MEP, facade, sustainability); KSA/Middle East experience preferred.
