Job Summary

Deliver advanced financial planning for Key Private Bank high-net-worth clients and prospects by partnering with Relationship Managers and engaging in core prospect/client/COI meetings. Lead planning engagements across risk management, estate and wealth transfer, and specialty planning such as portfolio management and business succession. Support in-market coaching, collaborate with fiduciary/insurance/investment teams, and help develop internal and client-facing planning content.

•Serve as the financial planning expert in core Private Bank prospect, client, and COI meetings.
•Lead advanced planning engagements across risk management, estate/wealth transfer, and specialty planning needs.
•Partner with Relationship Managers to advise clients on age milestones, life events, and children/wealth planning opportunities.
•Collaborate with fiduciary, insurance, and investment teams to deliver the Key Planning experience.
•Provide in-market planning support and in-person coaching to Relationship Managers, and contribute to internal/client content development.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 96,000 - 181,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (or equivalent work experience).
•5+ years providing financial planning advice to affluent clients.
•3+ years providing financial planning advice to high-net-worth clients.
•Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
•Experience delivering goals-based planning from discovery through plan development and delivery.
