Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct timely, comprehensive investigations of customers using CIP information, occupation, line of business, income methods, and transaction activity
  • •Analyze customer transaction activity to determine legitimacy of the business and transactions and assess risk indicators
  • •Investigate potentially suspicious activity and prepare written analysis, conclusions, and recommendations for next steps
  • •Communicate investigation results with FIU leadership and coordinate with Relationship Managers and others to gather client information

  • •College degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience
  • •Six years of banking, financial industry, or related experience, preferably in branch, audit, compliance, or commercial lending
  • •Strong knowledge of BSA regulations and related compliance requirements, including reporting and record retention
  • •Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues, analyze information, and develop substantiated conclusions with minimal supervision
