Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary L&TD point of contact for Crusoe Industries employees and leaders on-site
  • •Deliver soft skills training, facilitation, and development programming for employees at all levels
  • •Assess talent development needs on the ground and surface insights back to the L&TD team
  • •Design and adapt learning materials for the CI context, including onboarding experiences for new CI hires
  • •Coordinate coaching conversations and career development support as needed, collaborating with L&TD leadership on programming strategy and cross-site consistency

Key Requirements

  • •1–3 years of experience in learning & development, talent development, HR, or a related field
  • •Comfort facilitating and delivering training to diverse, frontline and operational workforces
  • •Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to earn trust quickly
  • •Ability to work autonomously in a field-based, on-site environment while staying connected to a distributed team
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; non-traditional backgrounds welcome
