Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform design, test, checkout, fabrication/modification, troubleshooting, assembly, and experimental circuitry work for electronics and electro-mechanical systems.
  • •Test and troubleshoot system-level and component-level electrical and mechanical issues and recommend changes to enhance product performance.
  • •Conduct mechanical, electrical, pneumatic & vacuum, and process testing on AMAT platforms and document results in procedures and reports.
  • •Support NPI work including new system installation and field upgrades, using limited/no documentation when needed.
  • •Maintain safety standards and a secure, clean work environment; report hazards; may provide training and act as a Quality Lead.

  • •Perform highly complex electro-mechanical technical functions including design, test, checkout, troubleshooting, fabrication, modification, and assembly of electronics and electro-mechanical systems.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve system-level and component-level problems in electrical and mechanical systems and sub-systems with no supervision.
  • •Use limited or no documentation to execute work, and write highly complex technical reports and test procedures.
  • •Demonstrate mechanical, electrical, pneumatic & vacuum, and process testing competence on AMAT platforms.
