Job Summary

Support production line operations from within the fab by performing assigned workcell activities to reduce cycle time, increase turn rates, and meet WIP targets. Provide daily technical leadership and escalation support through communication with operators, supervisors, and process technicians. Assist with production projects, manage DEFCON 3/4 tool operations, maintain T3/tool certifications, troubleshoot equipment and data failures, and help maximize fab output and equipment utilization.

Key Responsibilities

•Support production line operations in assigned workcells to reduce cycle time and meet tool utilization and WIP targets.
•Act as backup to the supervisor by helping escalate critical tool sets and supporting line management.
•Serve as a mentor to operators and assist in production projects as assigned.
•Manage DEFCON 3 and 4 tools and troubleshoot scheduler/tool related issues, providing feedback when expectations cannot be met.
•Troubleshoot equipment failures and data failures (SQCS), assist with BARS and step level tracking, and disposition hold lots.

•Understand Broadcom systems and operations fab performance reporting to troubleshoot and improve output.
