Key Responsibilities

  • •Verify test requisitions and patient identification, and address discrepancies through appropriate leadership.
  • •Obtain blood specimens using venipuncture and finger sticks while following aseptic/isolation procedures.
  • •Maintain specimen integrity and daily collection tallies in Natera systems; document quality-control results and KPIs.
  • •Ensure a safe, secure, and compliant work environment, including HIPAA/PHI training completion within 30 days.
  • •Manage PSC operations including phlebotomy equipment, scheduling, vendor support, escalations, and ongoing communication of draw statuses.
