Key Responsibilities

  • •Open, close, and maintain checking, savings, time deposit accounts, and IRAs; support safe deposit box and related services.
  • •Answer client questions and resolve issues by listening, collecting data, and providing accurate answers.
  • •Profile clients and use lead lists to identify sales opportunities and generate additional business.
  • •Process and maintain client accounts, including account changes (name, address, product changes) and required customer file maintenance.
  • •Support banking-center coordination: complete reports/records accurately, attend training, and assist with treasury management services.
