Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform sophisticated electrical device characterization to determine electrical failure mechanisms.
  • •Operate fault isolation equipment to narrow down failure defect locations.
  • •Conduct physical failure analysis to identify and classify physical defects.
  • •Establish hypotheses for electrical or process failure mechanisms using electrical failure models and FA characterization to support process improvement.
  • •Collaborate across engineering and Global Quality teams to address defectivity issues and present electrical/physical failure mechanisms weekly.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s (or equivalent), Master’s (or equivalent), or PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Material Science.
  • •Proven team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and drive to excel.
  • •Excellent communication skills to present complex information in large meetings.
  • •Passion for innovation and excellence.
  • •Knowledge of fault isolation equipment, techniques, and physical failure analysis (significant advantage).
