Job Summary

Lead the Process Engineering function at Thales’ Etrelles site to ensure mature, manufacturable electronics products. You will manage a multi-disciplinary team (Methods, Supply Chain, Engineering) to maintain production continuity, drive continuous improvement, and provide technical interface across internal teams. You will analyze non-conformities, lead 8D actions, and capitalize on learnings to improve future product manufacturability.

•Ensure production continuity and significantly contribute to ongoing competitiveness improvements.
•Animate all resources (Engineering, Methods, Supply Chain, etc.) to mature products and validate optimization choices.
•Provide technical/technological expertise to internal teams and serve as the technical interface.
•Analyze non-conformities, search root causes, lead action plans (8D), and communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
•Capitalize knowledge to improve manufacturability of future products.

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree (generalist) with functional management experience in multidisciplinary teams
•Experience in manufacturing of produced goods and/or integration of electronic equipment
•Ability to lead a multi‑disciplinary team (Methods, Supply Chain, Engineering, etc.) to mature products
•Experience in non-conformity analysis, root cause investigation and driving 8D action plans
•Willingness to work close to the shop floor and manage technically diverse teams
