  • •Transition successful pilot programs into repeatable, scalable operational processes with operating models, governance, documentation, training, and success metrics.
  • •Lead program/portfolio execution: define scope, milestones, resources, budgets, forecasts, vendor relationships, and executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • •Serve as the operational bridge across cross-functional teams and build, mentor, and develop a team of program managers and operational subject matter experts.
