Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor within the Key Private Client Program, managing end-to-end client relationships using a plan-based approach to financial wellness. Assess clients’ needs, gather and document data, and recommend appropriate investment and insurance solutions for clients up to $2M in investable assets. Build referral pipelines through prospecting and centers of influence, partner with branch teams, maintain compliance, and support branch operations including teller assistance as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a strong client experience, delivering customized financial wellness recommendations based on client conversations.
•Deliver client solutions by referring appropriate investment and insurance products to meet client goals.
•Build and maintain a client referral pipeline by developing internal/external centers of influence and documenting calling efforts.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client and competitive products/services to support meaningful financial wellness conversations.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation, and assist with branch operations as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
•Experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Ability to build rapport quickly and use fact-finding questions with the goal of being helpful.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
