  • •Conduct functional reviews of compensation programs, identify gaps based on market trends, and recommend improvements to leadership.
  • •Lead recurring compensation projects including salary structure reviews, annual increases, and incentive planning with analytical and testing support.
  • •Oversee compensation administration, including vendor management and improving systems/tools to streamline reporting, analysis, and program execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Finance, or Business.
  • •5+ years of experience in global compensation or Total Rewards, including program development, processes, systems, and compensation.
  • •Proven data analysis skills with experience evaluating complex data and making actionable recommendations based on market trends and best practices.
  • •Experience communicating and presenting complex information to executive audiences and partnering across a matrixed organization.
  • •Advanced Microsoft skills (Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate) to build accurate reports and presentations.
