•Excellent English fluency — comfortable writing captions, briefs, and communicating on video.
•A strong portfolio of social media or content marketing work for consumer brands (must include links).
•High visual design competency — polished, on-brand output that goes beyond template-based tools.
•Demonstrated experience managing influencer relationships or UGC sourcing programs.
•Full-cycle campaign experience: planning, creating, publishing, and iterating.
