Prepare and serve consistent, high-quality drinks in a fast-paced bar environment while providing excellent guest service. Take food and beverage orders, use suggestive selling, manage bar setup and stock, and follow health code and alcohol regulations. Verify guests’ age for alcohol purchase, maintain cleanliness during shifts, process cash/credit payments with a POS system, and communicate guest concerns to management. Requires prior bartending experience and relevant cards.
