Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests, remain attentive to requests, and verify guests meet the minimum age requirement for alcohol purchase.
  • •Prepare drink orders quickly and accurately according to recipes and company guidelines.
  • •Take food and beverage orders at the bar and lounge area, deliver orders within time frames, and use suggestive selling.
  • •Maintain appropriate stock levels by setting up service items, requisitioning supplies, conducting inventory, and counting register drawers.
  • •Keep the bar and service ware clean and sanitary throughout the shift while following health code and alcohol regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year experience as a bartender.
  • •Valid Food Worker/Health Card and a valid Alcohol Awareness (TAM/AES) Card are required.
  • •Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
