Stockroom Manager and Operations lead responsible for optimizing stockroom and store operations, ensuring KPI achievement, inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and efficient coordination of stock flow from warehouse to sales floor. Will coach team, manage resources, and oversee End-to-End processes including Endless Aisle and Click & Collect where applicable.
