Job Summary

Serve as a consultative technical leader for Docker’s most important enterprise customers, accelerating their container and AI journeys. Partner with Account Executives, Post Sales, and Product teams to gather technical and business goals, build engagement plans, and oversee rapid prototyping. Create demos and enablement content for audiences from developers to C-level, while representing Docker’s field technical expertise and translating feedback into product and engineering priorities.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide high-priority technical leadership to key customers, accelerating their container and AI journeys with a focus on developer workflows.
•Partner with customer and cross-functional Docker teams to gather technical and business goals, and develop/manage engagement plans across existing and new offerings.
•Oversee design-partner rapid prototyping engagements to validate customer-product fit for new use cases.
•Create and deliver custom demos, content, and enablement materials for audiences ranging from developers to C-level, including best-practice adoption.
•Lead regional/area-of-responsibility field technical efforts by collecting field feedback, aligning workflows with product/engineering, and acting as customer zero for new functionality.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solution Architect in complex enterprise environments.

•Experience presenting solutions and demonstrations to small and large audiences, virtually and in person.
•Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containers, DevOps, and modern application architectures.
•Experience developing application code and translating customer experience into actionable feedback for engineering.
