Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-priority technical leadership to key customers, accelerating their container and AI journeys with a focus on developer workflows.
  • •Partner with customer and cross-functional Docker teams to gather technical and business goals, and develop/manage engagement plans across existing and new offerings.
  • •Oversee design-partner rapid prototyping engagements to validate customer-product fit for new use cases.
  • •Create and deliver custom demos, content, and enablement materials for audiences ranging from developers to C-level, including best-practice adoption.
  • •Lead regional/area-of-responsibility field technical efforts by collecting field feedback, aligning workflows with product/engineering, and acting as customer zero for new functionality.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solution Architect in complex enterprise environments.
  • •Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Experience presenting solutions and demonstrations to small and large audiences, virtually and in person.
  • •Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containers, DevOps, and modern application architectures.
  • •Experience developing application code and translating customer experience into actionable feedback for engineering.
