  • •Plan and administer policies and procedures.
  • •Make recommendations on direct and indirect labor and support the staffing plan for a 300mm fab manufacturing team.
  • •Lead and implement 5S efforts and projects to resolve manufacturing and technical issues impacting cost and cycle time.
  • •Support and execute the established priority lot protocol to ensure rapid lot movement of critical lots.
  • •Select and develop personnel and escalate production issues in a timely, effective manner.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • •5+ years’ experience working in a supervisory role.
  • •People management experience and ability to lead others to perform at a high level.
