Design for Assembly lead for new product mechanical assemblies in a high-tech manufacturing environment. Collaborate with Design Engineering and suppliers to close mechanical/assembly issues, develop backend manufacturing processes, and advance new process technologies to improve quality, productivity, and cost. Hands-on troubleshooting of failures and continuous process improvements drive manufacturing readiness and cost efficiency.
