Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as trusted advisor to Commercial leadership and the CFO on commercial strategy, pricing, forecasting, analytics, and financial governance.
  • •Lead commercial reporting, order reporting, forecasting, pipeline analysis, and long-range planning; manage top-line performance and margin analysis.
  • •Partner with commercial teams on deal structuring to maximize profitability and cash flow while minimizing risk, including credit profiles and documentary letters of credit.
  • •Drive global accounts receivable performance including cash collection, invoicing accuracy, and credit limit management; support disputes and customer escalations.
  • •Lead commercial finance team priorities, mentor/develop talent, and improve finance processes/tools and supporting systems initiatives (e.g., CFIN, ERP integrations).

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of progressive finance experience with strong commercial finance exposure.
  • •Proven experience partnering closely with Sales and/or Marketing organizations.
  • •Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
  • •Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency; BI tools are a plus.
