Job Summary

Lead an Integrated Product Team for Avionics Systems on the A220 Program, defining and delivering the evolution roadmap for existing and future aircraft variants. Manage a multidisciplinary team to prioritize development work, ensure execution on time and within budget, deploy monitoring and governance, and coordinate compliance with Airbus project processes. Own risk/opportunity management, stakeholder and supplier commitment, and provide progress indicators to the Systems PDT and A220 Program leadership.

•Set up and lead a multidisciplinary development team; deploy monitoring tools aligned with company standards.
•Secure supplier commitment, lead governance, and manage risks/opportunities while providing progress indicators to Systems PDT and A220 Program managers.

•Bilingual in French and English; strong communication in a multicultural context.
