Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and ensure an evolution roadmap for the Avionics systems for the A220 Program.
  • •Manage IPT development priorities, arbitrating between activities and defining projects across varying complexity levels.
  • •Ensure execution of development projects on time, in quality, and within planned budget and specified performance.
  • •Set up and lead a multidisciplinary development team; deploy monitoring tools aligned with company standards.
  • •Secure supplier commitment, lead governance, and manage risks/opportunities while providing progress indicators to Systems PDT and A220 Program managers.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate university degree in engineering, project management, or a related field; a Master’s degree, MBA, and/or PMP are assets.

  • •Experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • •Ability to manage project stakeholders and influence internal project clients.
  • •Bilingual in French and English; strong communication in a multicultural context.
