Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a sprint team of software engineers, overseeing both the people and the work they deliver.
  • •Manage a team of integration specialists building and maintaining connectors to customer ERP and business applications.
  • •Own the technical roadmap, delivery, quality, and operational health of Fastpath Access Governance services.
  • •Lead efforts to bring Fastpath Access Governance capabilities to the Delinea Platform natively.
  • •Partner with PM, UX, and Architecture in Scrum to shape requirements, propose solutions, and drive architectural decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • •5+ years managing Agile engineering teams with a track record of delivery and team development.
  • •5+ years hands-on software development with deep fluency in .NET/C# or comparable backend technologies.
  • •Strong technical skills making architecture decisions in distributed systems.
  • •Experience building and operating cloud-native services on Azure or AWS at scale.
