Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, train, and deploy predictive machine learning models that enhance AI solution capabilities.
  • •Apply state-of-the-art AI techniques, including LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), to real-world business contexts.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to translate objectives into actionable machine learning tasks.
  • •Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve models based on real-world performance and evolving needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or Ph.D. in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Reinforcement Learning (RL), Data Science, or a related field.
  • •Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and parameter-efficient fine-tuning (e.g., LoRA, QLoRA).
  • •Strong programming skills in Python with a competitive coding background (e.g., ACM/ICPC, NOI/IOI, Top Coder, Kaggle).
  • •Experience deploying LLM-powered applications with FastAPI/Flask and Streamlit, plus machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and relevant AI libraries (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex).
