Own end-to-end T2T migrations for Exchange mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams workloads. Build automation with advanced PowerShell scripts for reporting and validation, and support stakeholders through cutover war rooms and technical runbooks.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and execute full lifecycle T2T migrations for Exchange mailboxes, OneDrive accounts, SharePoint Online sites, and Microsoft Teams workloads.
•Perform source-tenant readiness checks, identify migration risks, and define migration waves.
•Map source user identities and groups to the destination tenant using Microsoft Entra ID, including complex T2T challenges.
•Develop and maintain advanced PowerShell scripts for pre-migration reporting, attribute mapping, and post-migration validation.
•Facilitate cutover war rooms, resolve end-user technical blockers, and create technical runbooks for IT support.

Key Requirements

•7+ years supporting systems administration and messaging platforms for large-scale M&A integrations.
•Hands-on experience with enterprise migration tools such as BitTitan MigrationWiz, ShareGate, Quest On Demand, or native Microsoft Exchange moves.
•Strong knowledge of Exchange, Active Directory, hybrid environments, and DNS management.
•Strong proficiency in PowerShell for bulk operations, automation, and reporting.
•Preferred Microsoft 365 certifications such as Messaging Administrator Associate or Enterprise Administrator Expert.
