Key Responsibilities

•Manage your floor comprehensively, encompassing one or more of the four key product categories in our stores (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection).
•Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
•Support Managers in daily activities, actively contributing to the development of the store's commercial and HR strategy.
•Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve results.
•Coordinate commercial and organizational activities (promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns, etc.).

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder), preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
•Knowledge of key commerce KPIs, and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.
•Demonstrated ability to manage a team, guiding them toward objectives and fostering a positive and collaborative team spirit.
•Dynamism, flexibility, and resilience.
•Ability to coordinate commercial and organizational activities (promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns, etc.).
