Key Responsibilities

•Set the technical direction for Identity squad authentication systems, including the edge authentication redesign.
•Define and own identity architecture and lead large-scale, multi-quarter initiatives across multiple services and teams.
•Implement and improve authentication protocols and flows (OAuth/OIDC/SAML/LDAP/SCIM) securely at scale.
•Spend most time on backend development in Go and optimize critical hot paths for performance.
•Mentor and develop senior engineers, provide technical guidance, and drive reliability improvements using SLOs/SLIs and error budgets.

Salary: EUR 94,000 - 117,000 annually
