Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team of coordinators to ensure adequate placement of competent MHR agency members at clients.
  • •Ensure an effective staff placement service is provided to clients.
  • •Compile month-end reports and address deviations.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or degree in Nursing or EMC.
  • •At least 2–3 years as a Registered nurse or ALS in a managerial role.
  • •Experience in investigating and managing near-miss events.
  • •Demonstrate knowledge of healthcare professions’ structure and scope of practice, including nursing and emergency services.
  • •Familiarity with relevant legislation such as the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA) and Labour Relations Act (LRA), with the ability to apply it in the workplace.
