Key Responsibilities

  • •Onboard business and consumer depository products and services.
  • •Complete Treasury Management (TM) set-up forms and maintain treasury product setup.
  • •Perform deposit account maintenance, supersede requests, and other routine account servicing.
  • •Gather, complete, and validate CDD/KYC forms and requirements; support accurate approvals and processing.
  • •Process and resolve client inquiries, transactions, and issues, including wire requests up to prescribed authority limits, and coordinate with internal partners (e.g., Legal, BSA) to solve unique setup requests.
