Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead discovery phases, facilitate workshops, and configure workflows and agents within the Kizen platform.
  • •Translate ambiguous business needs into structured process maps and lightweight prototypes to prove platform value early.
  • •Drive outcome ownership using real-world metrics such as speed to value, cost reduction, and platform adoption.
  • •Create high-fidelity artifacts (BRDs, process maps) and contribute to reusable playbooks that scale delivery excellence.
  • •Partner with Consulting leadership to shape client engagements, support sales efforts, and lead delivery from discovery through execution.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in discovery, implementation, process engineering, or technical consulting roles.
  • •Experience in the insurance industry.

  • •Familiarity with low-code platforms, SaaS products, or automation tools, including understanding data architectures and integration patterns.
