Key Responsibilities

  • •Own development and delivery of acoustic and vibration performance throughout product development cycles.
  • •Define, capture, and manage acoustics requirements and validation strategies.
  • •Develop experimental and/or simulation-based approaches, including experimental testing and FEA/CFD/system modelling.
  • •Diagnose and resolve acoustic and vibration issues using techniques such as signal analysis, noise source identification, and transfer path analysis.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate insights through technical reviews, and provide mentorship to junior engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Mechatronics engineering or similar.
  • •Proven experience in product development with a strong analytical focus.
  • •Solid understanding of mechanical systems and failure analysis.
  • •Experience in signal processing and vibration analysis (FFT, FRF, spectrogram, waterfall, etc).
  • •Experience with acoustics techniques such as TPA, ODS, noise localisation, and psychoacoustics is highly desirable.
