Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide regional operational governance and ensure consistent processes, standards, risk management, and delivery excellence across West Region projects and sectors.
  • •Oversee Project Managers and technical teams across the full project lifecycle from pursuit and contract award through design, delivery, and close-out.
  • •Drive key KPIs including revenue, billing, collections, profitability, utilization, EAC/ETC, project margins, and cash flow.
  • •Partner with Sector Leaders to support pipeline development, strategic pursuits, client relationships, and regional growth objectives.
  • •Ensure project governance, technical assurance, contractual compliance, quality, safety, and proactive management of project risks and escalations.

Key Requirements

  • •15–20 years of relevant experience in engineering, design, project delivery, or technical leadership within the AEC industry.
  • •Significant experience designing and delivering data centers and other mission-critical or hyperscale facilities.
  • •Proven experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams on large, complex projects.
  • •Strong understanding of the end-to-end project lifecycle from feasibility and concept through detailed design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline; PMP or other relevant certification is preferred.
