Security Engineering Manager

Lead the day-to-day operations of Blend’s security engineering team, owning security across the product, platform, and entire software development lifecycle. Manage roadmap, hiring, and technical execution, and orchestrate red teaming with adversarial testing embedded into the development pipeline. Partner with security, product, platform, and infrastructure teams to ship security frameworks, methods, and tooling, while defining AI security guardrails for LLM-backed features.
