Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and standardize procurement payment operating systems and SLA assessment metrics to improve process efficiency
  • •Use systems and tools to identify automation opportunities and increase automated operations
  • •Monitor procurement payment activities for compliance with company policies, reducing compliance risks
  • •Identify and assess latent payment-process risks and work with internal control to define control measures
  • •Plan and coordinate procurement-related projects, collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., finance and internal control), and support management of BPO vendors

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above
  • •5+ years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, finance, or related areas
  • •Familiarity with the end-to-end process and system of centralized procurement payments
  • •Strong logical thinking and data-driven problem analysis with the ability to decompose tasks
  • •Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-team work, plus stress resistance and adaptability
