Event Producer

Lead end-to-end production for Candlelight concerts, owning pre-production logistics, vendor selection, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up. Build production timelines, coordinate with project managers and onsite teams to keep concerts on schedule, and optimize production costs. Manage third-party quotes, invoices, and P&L updates, including permits and insurance requirements, while also supporting venue research and administrative work. Domestic and international travel across time zones may be required.
