Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development of communications strategies, delivery plans, and core messages/themes for multiple audiences and stakeholders.
  • •Identify and map key stakeholders, establish engagement strategies, and plan delivery against engagement needs.
  • •Support consultation activities including surveys, managing stakeholder feedback channels, and analysing consultation responses.
  • •Plan and deliver physical and virtual events with logistics, tailored materials, Q&As, and attendee safety and wellbeing.
  • •Liaise with internal and external clients to provide high service and ensure accurate, timely reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a Degree or a Masters in a relevant subject (e.g., Social Science, History, Politics, Geography, Language and Literature, Law) or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •Strong interest in industry sectors such as infrastructure, transport, energy, water, and residential or commercial development.
  • •Experience engaging with a variety of audiences and stakeholder groups, demonstrating proactive and ambitious ownership of engagement ideas.
  • •Strong communication skills, culturally aware, focused on inclusion and accessibility.
  • •Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) plus report writing, research, numeracy, and verbal and written communication.
