Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner closely with claims TPA to support effective claims management, improve outcomes, and help control claim severity.
  • •Monitor active Workers’ Compensation claims across the claim lifecycle, including aging claims, follow-ups, outstanding action items, and next steps.
  • •Build and validate claims dashboards and reports; analyze loss data to identify trends, emerging risks, and recurring root causes and support action plans.
  • •Track return-to-work progress and compliance-related activities, including audit support and timely system updates.
  • •Support escalated and complex claims, including coordination with Legal and external defense counsel, plus reserve adequacy and recommended next steps.

Key Requirements

  • •3-4 years of workers’ compensation claims experience, either as a WC claims adjuster (TPA/carrier) or in corporate risk management managing a WC program.
  • •Strong Excel skills; Power BI and RMIS platforms (e.g., Riskonnect) are a plus.
  • •Experience with TPA workflows, loss run analysis, and claim lifecycle management.
  • •Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple active claims simultaneously.
  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred; ARM/AIC/CPCU or other risk/insurance designations are a plus but not required.
