Job Summary

Coordinate and/or execute complex test engineering projects within the Navico Group Operations Engineering team. Provide direction and technical support to the Test Engineering group, define priorities, and lead projects that implement effective testing solutions across assembly processes. Develop and maintain test equipment procedures and documentation, optimize test methods to improve yield and cycle time, support NPI and design-for-test efforts, and troubleshoot complex issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, document, and maintain operating procedures, repair logs, and technical documentation for test equipment and fixtures.
•Design, specify, and support development of fixtures and production test equipment for manual and automated processes.
•Optimize testing methods by reviewing equipment and test procedures, improving yield and reducing test cycle time and overall costs.
•Support NPI and cross-functional collaboration by defining manufacturing test plans and performing Design for Test (DFT) analysis with Design Engineering.
•Lead projects and troubleshoot complex engineering issues, documenting root cause analysis, corrective actions, and progress updates to leadership.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
•10+ years of experience in Test Engineering roles within a manufacturing environment.
•Demonstrated experience with electronic device assembly processes.
•Strong knowledge of RF/microwave signals and electronics, including RADAR applications.
•Advanced proficiency in LabVIEW and TestStand, plus strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
